Case Study: VISTA CAY at Shell Point
Task: Deliver a comprehensive marketing package, including 3D visualization, Virtual Reality (VR), and a Real Estate Sales App for an upscale retirement community.
Challenge: The client required a sophisticated visual communication package for a new series of luxury towers to be developed in ten phases. This upscale product was a new venture for the organization, demanding a fresh strategy to attract high-income buyers.
Solution: We collaborated with architects and interior designers to create a 3D visualization package and a virtual tour app that allowed senior users to navigate the project, simplifying their decision-making process.
Impact: Through the use of advanced technology and enhanced visual communication tools, we significantly boosted sales and engagement, enabling the project to succeed.
We worked seamlessly alongside engineers, architects, and interior designers, coordinating efforts across all teams to ensure the project’s success.
Originally hired by the interior design team, we quickly integrated with other project teams to develop a comprehensive presentation and, later, a full marketing package.
Given that our target audience was primarily seniors, we focused on designing an intuitive 3D tour platform that could be easily navigated by users with limited tech experience.
The results were outstanding—85% of the units were reserved within just two weeks of launching the app.
