Deliver a comprehensive marketing package, including 3D visualization, Virtual Reality (VR), and marketing collateral for an upscale residential development.

Enhancing the exterior and interior design, along with improving visual communication, to effectively market high-end units in a growing luxury residential market.

Collaborated closely with architects and interior designers to refine and elevate both the exterior facade and the interior layouts. We introduced a highly realistic, immersive VR experience that allowed potential buyers to experience the project firsthand, long before construction began.
